In Style on Dakota

With vintage boho-chic comes Dakota Fanning, a Hollywood star painted ‘all grown up’ by In Style magazine – though with an innocent glare that will make you weak at the knees. Covering the December issue, In Style presents the Twilight Star as a complete adult and a wise one at that. She tells their reporter,

“Why have I been able to stay sane in an insane world? The pure love of what I do. Making movies.”

So far steering clear of the Macaulay Culkin route, the In Style feature showers her with praise for making it to 18, clean.

The topic of sex lingers however, when quizzed about whether she shy’s away from acting out sex scenes her response is straight,

“No! Well, kind of, in Effie, literally shying away!” But “No way!”

Such ballsiness followed her role as a 14-year-old daughter involved in a rape scene in the film Hounddog. Critics were all over it, though with the simple response that she gave stating, “It’s a movie. It’s called acting.” – We like her even more.

In the generous 10 page spread we see amazing head pieces including intricate lace kitten ears, a structured Chanel Jacquard dress and a sequin maxi skirt rocked with a black mesh vest – casual glam at its best. Dakota is definitely one to watch.

Catch The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 out now.
